If you have a school coordinator at your school, you MUST turn in your registration form and monies at your school office IF BEFORE THE DEADLINE. Any forms turned into the Dads Club office from a school that has a school coordinator will be returned. If you have no school coordinator, please turn your form and monies into the Dads Club office

Sept. 14-15 - PS & Kindergarten SEASON ENDS- October 12 & 13 |
LATE REGISTRATION: July 8-12
All late registration MUST GO THROUGH THE DADS CLUB OFFICE. Please do NOT drop them off at your school. If you have a specific team or school you wish to play with, please call the Dads Club office first to see if space is available. Otherwise, registrants will be placed onto teams where space is available. All late registrations must be accompanied with the registration fee along with the $10 late fee.

Coaches Packet Pick UP:
August 8 (1st - 8th grade) (subject to change) Sept. 5 - Preschool & Kindergarten All coaches will be notified by mail. Players will be notified AFTER coaches packet pick up. Please allow the coaches a few weeks to get their equipment, find a practice venue and get organized after packet pick up before they phone you. |
Games are played on Saturday for Kindergarten through eighth grade at the Davenport Soccer Complex on Division Street.
Preschool will play on Sunday afternoons starting at 1:00. Practice dates and times are scheduled by the coach. |
