If you have a school coordinator at your
school, you MUST turn in your registration form and monies at your school office
IF BEFORE THE DEADLINE . Any form turned into the Dads Club office
from a school that has a school coordinaor will be returned. If you have
no school coordinator, please turn your form and monies into the Dads' club
office.

Registration: Sept. 17 -

Late
registrations can only be accepted through the Dads Club office.
LATE
REGISTRATIONS CANNOT be
dropped off at school. They can only go through the Dads' Club
office. Please check with the Dads' Club office at 326-6080 to see if
space is available BEFORE dropping
off form.
All late
registrations must be accompanied with the registration fee along with the $10
late fee.
Coaches
packet pick up: Sept. 27 Time & location t.b.a. Coaches
will be notified by mail.
Games are played on Sunday
afternoons at the Davenport Soccer Complex on Division Street.
Practice dates and times are scheduled
by the coach
